This Portal service is brought to you as a result of the efforts of Task 8.4 – ‘Observatory on EMC Issues’ of the FP7 EC co-funded research project HIRF SE (Contract Number: 205294).

 This Portal aims to act as a one-stop-source for Electro-Magnetic Compatibility (EMC) / Electro-Magnetic Interference (EMI) / High Intensity Radiated Field (HIRF) issues. In order to achieve this challenging goal, this Portal will: 

• Concentrate scattered information on the related subjects (i.e. EMC/EMI/HIRF), from a wide variety of sources. Such information will include news, events, standards, references/links, related theory & scientific fundamentals.
• Disseminate materials and knowledge produced as part of the related project (i.e. HIRF SE).
• Offer researchers and professionals from the field, as well as visitors to the Portal in general, a space for communicating, exchanging experiences and needs, developing recommendations for future research, establishing collaborations, posing questions and receiving answers from experts on the subject matter, etc.
